2022 Board Member Voting has Begun!

Marty Hanson | Published on 9/24/2021

The election for Round Lake Property Owners Association (RLPOA) is now open.

There are 5 candidates vying for 3 board chairs.  You can review the five candidates’ statements here 2022 Candidate Statements .

Voting this year will be a combination of online and paper ballots.

ONLINE VOTING

For members in good standing (2021 dues paid) and an active email address, you will receive a unique email to cast your ballot.  That email will include a VOTER ID and a VOTER KEY—these are unique to each member and must be used to access your ballot.  Note the email will include a clickable link that will submit these credentials for you automatically. Online voting is anonymous and secure—we will not be able to see any members individual votes, only the election totals.  Your online voting must be completed by October 15, 2021, 11:59 p.m. to be counted.  Note your online ballot invitation email will have a subject line like “Your Invitation to Vote in the Election: 2022 RLPOA Board of Directors Election.”  If you do not see your ballot invitation by September 25, please check your Junk or Spam folder(s).  If you still cannot find your ballot invitation, please contact the treasurer at Treasurer@RoundLakes.org.

PAPER BALLOTS

For members in good standing (2021 dues paid) and without an active email address, you will receive a paper ballot via USPS to cast your ballot.  The mailing will include a return envelope and your ballot must be postmarked by October 15, 2021 to be counted.

Instructions to all Voters and a Sample Ballot can be viewed here 2022 Sample Ballot

Note this email is going to all active members, including secondary and tertiary members registered under the primary member.  Only primary members will receive the election invitation email.

We appreciate your support of RLPOA and invite your participation in this year’s election.
